Literally Books is a curated book nook at Water Street Market in New Paltz NY.  We sell new releases, cult classics, children's books and activities, and the occasional rare book. Our selection includes current bestsellers and popular nonfiction complemented by smaller-press titles and an erudite backlist. We also sell journals, greeting cards, and gifts for readers. And, of course, stickers.

This Saturday July 18 we are celebrating our 1-year anniversary! We will be having a raffle, book giveaways, treats, and gratitude for a successful year. We couldn’t have done it without you.
Come in for those hot summer reads! We are open all weekend 11-5.
It’s gray outside but bright in the shop! If you can’t go on your hike then stop in for a book or puzzle or chat.
Yesterday Milk was able to beat the heat in our cool shop! We are here with books and AC every day 11-5.
Happy July 4th! We are open until 3 pm today. Regular hours tomorrow and the rest of the summer. Come on in, enjoy our AC, peruse our books and gifts!
